GUIDELINES

YOU AGREE TO THESE GUIDELINES (These are strike-able requirements)

CLASSIC TRACK

  • Complete weekly assignments.

  • Remain free from alcohol and recreational marijuana for the chapter.

  • Read a Proverb each day.

  • Find a place to volunteer in the local church.

  • Give something valuable away as an act of generosity.

  • Tithe for at least one continuous month (4 weeks) during this 10-week journey.

  • Remain free from sexual sin (pornography, masturbation, sex outside of marriage).

  • Live by the 3-strike rule.

  • At least 2 times every week post something on the Band App-either a prayer request or a comment to someone else’s post.

  • Do not in any way place shame or guilt on any man that is not part of FIGHT CLUB or who strikes out. We do not want to develop an elitist mentality. All glory for life change goes to Jesus.

  • Make sure to keep open lines of communication with your squad leader. It is your responsibility-he will not babysit you. Report to him weekly with your strike position.

  • Set realistic goals for the chapter in the four (4) areas that line up with Luke 2:52.

  • Carry the testimony of Jesus in an honorable way.

  • Give up something that might be a crutch to you (such as food, social media, video games, things that you do in a mindless fashion).

  • Meet with your accountability partner (AP) or triad each week.

  • Memorize the weekly verse and speak it to your AP or triad either by voice or video.

  • Have fun! Do not take this too seriously.

  • Let the spirit of grace, not legalism, permeate this journey.

  • Attend the Fight Club Mid-meeting.

Limited version

  • Must have graduated Classic version of Fight Club three (3) times before joining Fight Club Limited.

  • Make sure to complete all Classic guidelines.

  • Make sure to select the “Limited Edition” on your registration.

  • Limited Edition men must attend Kick-Off and the Mid-Chapter meeting.

  • Limited Edition will have additional missions each week.

  • Complete a daily devotional assigned by FC leadership.

  • Must purchase and carry the Fight Club Challenge Coin. If someone challenges you and you do not have your coin, you need to recite the week’s verse from memory or do 50 push-ups on the spot.

  • Drink 50% of body weight in ounces (max 100 ounces) of water 6 days/week.

  • Attend 7 out of 10 church services in-person that occur during FC Chapter.

  • Weigh yourself daily.
