WHAT IS FIGHT CLUB

Fight Club is a 10-week journey where men are required to complete weekly challenges within the context of community and accountability. A 3-strike rule applies to all challenges. These challenges change weekly and cover spiritual, relational, and physical assignments, along with Scripture memory and many opportunities to try something new, sometimes intimidating, sometimes just-for-fun.

As a precursor to any weekly assignments, men who join are asked to sign the Fight Club Creed and commit to living by the Fight Club Guidelines.

COMMUNITY

AKA camaraderie, is a core ingredient of Fight Club. The idea that “we’re in this together”, that there is a band of brothers supporting one another, is pure adrenaline in the veins of this ministry. In Fight Club, this is experienced in four main ways:

  • Large Group Gatherings

Over the 10-week Fight Club journey, we’ll rally for three powerful gatherings—kickoff, middle meeting, and graduation—designed to strengthen our brotherhood, deepen our intimacy with Jesus, and refocus our God-given mission as spiritual leaders. Like Nehemiah 4:14 says, “Fight for your brothers, your sons and your daughters, your wives and your homes.” This is more than a meeting—it’s a call to battle and a reminder of our role as leaders in the spiritual fight.

  • SQUADS (Smaller Groups)

A Squad is a tight-knit group of 8–12 men led by a few squad leaders. This is where the real work happens—early breakfasts, tough conversations, spontaneous challenges, shared prayer, and accountability that sharpens. Leadership flows from the Senior Leader to squad leaders who take ownership of their group’s strength, unity, and growth. Each Squad has the freedom to take on its own shape, but every man is called to show up, dig deep, and push each other toward the mission.

  • Online (via Band App)

When life gets busy, the Band App keeps us connected. This private, invite-only group is where Fight Club men share prayer requests, encourage each other, and stay in the fight together. Many assignments require posting a photo or update—often to the Fight Club Band App.

Note: This must stay a closed group. Without trust and privacy, it doesn’t work.

  • Accountability Groups

As iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17), so one man sharpens another. At the start of the 10-week journey, one of your first missions is to lock arms with 1–2 other Fight Club brothers. These small groups are built for deep connection, fierce commitment, and honest accountability—especially in the areas of purity, integrity, and spiritual growth.
